Health & Safety
Catalyst is committed to the safety of our customers and employees. We have a dedicated Safety Supervisor to ensure the very best working conditions.
Safety for our employees and customers is our biggest concern. Our installation team members go through rigorous, ongoing safety training to ensure they are safe in our warehouse and on your job site. Ideas on how to improve our safety program are always welcome and encouraged internally and externally.

Catalyst conducts daily safety meetings to review site-specific requirements combined with Catalyst standards of safety. Scope of work and potential hazards with other trades are identified and communicated. This details the work area and includes the required PPE. Catalyst also holds quarterly all-installer meetings, in which we discuss safety issues and take safety input from field installers to improve our processes.
- The majority of our installation staff are CPR and first aid certified.
- We implement state-of-the-art PPE equipment and procedures.
