This presentation was noted by Metropolis magazine as a Top Highlight of the Interior Design Show in Toronto earlier this year.
As professionals in the facilities, real estate, and design industry, our goal is to create workplace environments for people to thrive and do their best work. How often do you have challenges implementing the best path forward with either your client or internal business unit leaders?
Please join us on Wednesday, April 24th as Jesse Garcia, Senior Workplace Knowledge Consultant, Performance Environments for Herman Miller joins us again, to share tools in conversational coaching. At this Thought Leadership Luncheon, Jesse will help you present your workplace solution in a way that engages all stakeholders towards the best solution.
Conversational Coaching
Conversational coaching allows the leaders in your organization to optimize the way they think through the challenges of workplace design. Instead of telling leaders what to do; conversational coaching utilizes basic techniques to move groups away from feeling helpless or unheard, and more towards a foundation that enables them to have a voice, problem solve freely and develop highly collaborative and thoroughly aligned solutions for the client. Conversational coaching lets the client know they are in the driver’s seat.
GROW Method
A solutions-based process formulated by the client. Believing in a successful project is reinforced when the client feels engaged, using the GROW method, participants will understand:
- Coaching
- Active Listening Skills
- Questions to Consider (and Avoid)
- How to Practice with a Colleague
