This time each year, Chicago is usually buzzing with activity and excitement around NeoCon. In 2019 Herman Miller announced that after 80 years in the Merchandise Mart, they’d be moving into a new location at 1100 W. Fulton Street in the Fulton Market District. Construction has begun on its new 5-story building that will house showrooms for Herman Miller, Geiger, and Maharam, as well as a ground-level retail presence for Herman Miller, DWR, and HAY. All nine of their brands will have products represented across the various floors in the building. We are looking forward to meeting our clients in their new permanent space in 2021.
