The Redmond Senior & Community Center is a transformative project for the City of Redmond, designed to enhance community well-being while providing dedicated spaces for seniors.

For the King County Wastewater Operations and Maintenance Building, Catalyst collaborated closely with Sparks Management and the King County team to create a space that not only meets the functional needs of each department but also fosters a sense of comfort and productivity for its occupants.

Catalyst Workplace Activation proudly partnered with Ankrom Moison and OTAK Architecture to transform the Community Transit Merrill Creek Operations Base Building.

Central Pierce Fire and Rescue embarked on a corporate moving process to relocate their administrative offices to the South Hill Business & Technology Center in Puyallup, WA. The client was looking for design, space planning, and furniture expertise, but had a tight timeline they needed to hit. The Catalyst team worked closely with Marshall Design + Management to identify and curate quality furniture selections while leveraging GPO Contracts (Group Purchasing Organizations) to get the best price and value for all involved.

The new city operations building provides a home base for the Parks and Public Works Operations Teams. These teams have never been able to fit into one space previously. Teamwork and collaboration are core organizational values for the city, and this space allows these teams to leverage knowledge and expertise between departments. This project was a necessary upgrade to best support the work of these teams, providing essential services for the residents of Bellingham.

Lakehaven's new 41,000 sqft headquarters is located in Federal Way, WA. With an increase in size, the new facility design will bring more staff to a central location, enabling them to conduct business more efficiently. Our Catalyst Team worked closely with Helix Design Group on a furniture package that beautifully supports this new space.

The historic Seattle Federal Office Building (FOB) is an 11-story building that covers an entire city block near Seattle’s Pioneer Square area. Our scope was to upgrade the office furnishings and environment.

The EPA Region 10 $4 million tenant improvement furniture project goals were to create a visually pleasing space with environmentally preferred products. The client wanted to design for future changes and to reduce deconstruction/ environmental impacts while meeting LEED Gold standards.

This project was a new 300,000 square foot Regional Headquarters developed by Panattoni Development in partnership with GSA Region10 & Abbott Construction. This new campus construction was built to bring all 1,600+ Federal Aviation Association (FAA) employees into one location and support FAA's mission "to provide the safest, most efficient aerospace system in the world".
