To our Catalyst community,
During this unprecedented time, the situation with COVID-19 evolves daily, and we would like to update you on the measures we are taking as a company to ensure our employees, our clients, and our communities remain safe and healthy.
With the Washington State "stay at home" mandate going into effect, we will be suspending installation services performed by our Catalyst employed personnel through April 8, 2020. Our warehouse will still have personnel on-site to continue receiving product shipments. On a very limited basis, we may be able to provide some subcontracted installation services for work required for essential businesses as defined by the order. In those instances, our installation leadership team will assess our subcontractor's ability to meet your requirements. We plan to operate in this manner through April 8, 2020, but circumstances and government-imposed restrictions may require that we extend this period.
Please reach out to your Catalyst contact if you have any questions or concerns about pending projects, orders, or installations. We have built our reputation by working with clients to provide strong solutions, and we won't stop now!
We are monitoring all existing orders daily and working with our suppliers to adjust delivery schedules as necessary, understanding that most of you are under the same "stay at home" restrictions as we are.
Thank you for your understanding and flexibility as we navigate through these times together. We are monitoring this situation closely as it continues to develop; we will be updating our website as the situation changes. If you have any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
