Umoja Biopharma, a trailblazer in next-generation cell therapies, moved into its new Seattle hub at 1150 Eastlake Ave E, representing a significant step in fostering greater connection among their world-class team of scientists and researchers.

Umoja Biopharma recently expanded into its new manufacturing facility—known as CLIMB—in Louisville, CO. The project involved the buildout of 18,000 SF of office space, designed to support the adjacent manufacturing activities.

The MultiCare Advanced Primary Care Clinic, a pioneering facility for patients with multiple chronic conditions, is meticulously designed to enhance patient care. The welcoming lounge and registration areas provide a supportive first point of contact for patients. The clinic features dedicated exam rooms and behavioral health rooms, ensuring privacy and specialized care. Community spaces and patient education areas foster a collaborative environment for patients to learn about managing their conditions.

The Redmond Senior & Community Center is a transformative project for the City of Redmond, designed to enhance community well-being while providing dedicated spaces for seniors.

Residing in Kent, WA, the brand-new Catalyst Logistics Center (CLC) is a dynamic hub of high-performing functionality and operational excellence.

For the King County Wastewater Operations and Maintenance Building, Catalyst collaborated closely with Sparks Management and the King County team to create a space that not only meets the functional needs of each department but also fosters a sense of comfort and productivity for its occupants.

Catalyst Workplace Activation proudly partnered with Ankrom Moison and OTAK Architecture to transform the Community Transit Merrill Creek Operations Base Building.

This new surgery check-in area at Harborview Medical Center was designed to create a warm and welcoming environment for patients and providers. At the check-in stations, custom glass inserts were added to standard Herman Miller Canvas product, providing a bespoke look without increasing lead times and budget.

The Harborview Hideaway represents a fresh addition to Harborview Medical Center, serving as a dedicated staff break area. In 2022, a local philanthropist's generous donation to Harborview paved the way for creating a space to bolster staff resilience. With inclusivity in mind, Harborview sought a location that was accessible to all staff and capable of accommodating various activities, from relaxation to reading, away from the clinical setting.

St. Michael Medical Center (SMMC) is a 612,000-square-foot facility that will usher in a new era of healthcare for Bremerton and Kitsap County. This premier medical center in Silverdale now provides patients and families with top-tier healthcare services without the need for a trip across the water.

Central Pierce Fire and Rescue embarked on a relocation process to move their administrative offices to the South Hill Business & Technology Center in Puyallup, WA. The client was looking for design, space planning, and furniture expertise but had a tight timeline they needed to hit. The Catalyst team worked closely with Marshall Design + Management to identify and curate quality furniture selections while leveraging GPO Contracts (Group Purchasing Organizations) to get the best price and value for all involved.

Seward Hall is a dorm in the "South Quad" group of residence halls. The Catalyst team was brought on to help update the dorms and provide new furnishings. We worked on the common areas to give students a place to relax outside of their rooms, study and gather socially.

Tetra Tech, a global leader in consulting and engineering services, sought Catalyst's expertise for cost-effective yet innovative furniture solutions to align with the unique needs of its employees. Located in a picturesque setting above Elliott Bay and Pike Place Market, preserving the unobstructed views was a top priority of Tetra Tech. The Catalyst team successfully curated and sourced furnishings that helped achieve these objectives while preserving the breathtaking sightlines.

T-Mobile's final building of their 1,000,000 square foot Bellevue headquarters renovation has been completed. Catalyst worked alongside Gensler to help create a space that reflects the global telecommunications provider's unique brand and culture. The key design priorities for this project were to increase connections and build flexibility into the space. There was also a large focus on DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), amenities, and health and wellness.

The T-Mobile Herndon project is an expansive renovation encompassing six floors and 163,000 square feet, housing T-Mobile's largest Field Office. With a focus on modernization and employee satisfaction, the project relocated 750 associates to a dynamic, forward-thinking workspace. Designed to reflect T-Mobile's Un-carrier spirit, the renovated space features contemporary furniture and eco-friendly practices, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Catalyst Workplace Activation recently partnered with American Seafoods, working alongside JPC Architects and Schuchart as the general contractor, to refresh and remodel their Seattle office.

Catalyst Workplace Activation partnered with T-Mobile to renovate their Washington, D.C. Field Office, transforming 14,000 square feet of existing office space into a dynamic and engaging work environment.

When WatchGuard Technologies, relocated to their new offices in the Hawk Tower Building in Seattle, they partnered with Catalyst to create a dynamic and functional workspace designed to support their fast-paced, innovative work in cybersecurity solutions.

This living idea lab, located in the heart of Seattle, was designed as an extension of Catalyst's brand, a place of true innovation. The Catalyst Loft provided a stage for workplace innovation and a laboratory for showcasing new ideas about work. The Loft's purpose was to change our industry's conversations, ignite smarter ways to work, and, quite simply, spark what's next.

This local client's goals were to create a campus renewal that seamlessly refreshes, revitalizes, and forges a deeper connection to the workplace by integrating nature, abundant light, and organic materials. We worked with them and their design team to harmoniously merge these goals to inspire creativity and focus with simplified, beautiful design.
