Catalyst Workplace Activation Presents: Future of Work

Description

In 2015, Microsoft’s CEO, Satya Nadella, unveiled to the world his vision to evolve the culture at Microsoft by focusing on empathy, mindfulness, diversity and inclusiveness. Nadella believes this new focus will cultivate a culture of learning, collaboration, and customer obsession.

At this insightful event, you will learn how Brian Collins and his team are at the forefront of this effort through the thoughtful integration of culture and space. Brian will share with us his experiences from the frontlines of this massive culture shift. Brian and his team are currently implementing Microsoft’s Real Estate and Facilities Change Management Program which helps staff prepare and adapt to the new “Team-Based Space” which are being introduced to individuals and teams in the engineering divisions on the Redmond campus.

Brian will be interviewed at this event by Dr. Rick Beaton, an Organizational Design Expert from Marigold Associates.
