We prioritize the safety of our employees and customers, and our installation team undergoes rigorous safety training for both warehouse and jobsite environments. With a Experience Modification Rate of 0.7751, Catalyst holds daily safety meetings to review site-specific requirements, identifying potential hazards and sharing information with other trades. We also have quarterly meetings with all installers discussing safety improvements and strategies to improve, and our staff are CPR and first aid certified.
