Nurse Well-Being Event Recap

We had a fantastic Healthcare-focused Thought Leadership event featuring Dr. Michelle Ossmann from MillerKnoll.

Michelle Ossmann's work has examined the critical role of the built environment in supporting nurses and shouldering the burden of care work. With nurse staffing levels remaining low and burnout at an all-time high, it’s more important than ever to re-examine the impact of Design on Nurse’s Well-Being.

It was a timely discussion that went beyond the typical conversations of added break rooms and administrative band-aids, where we looked at concrete ways that space can help build resilience and bring DELIGHT into nurses’ workdays.

Our esteemed panelists:

  • Michelle Ossmann, Ph.D., MSN – Director Health Research & Insights, MillerKnoll
  • Ronn Goodnough - Program Manager, Planning Design & Construction, CommonSpirit Health
  • Brittany McCreery - Vice President, Quality, Safety, and Value, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center
  • Sunny Porter - Director, Nursing Operations, Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, St. Anthony Hospital

We appreciate everyone who joined us for this important conversation!
