The design objective of Plaza East's recent renovation was to create a welcoming entry and enhance the utilization of the lobbies by upgrading to a sleek, fresh, and inviting space with new lighting, finishes, and furnishings. The project also included furnishing their outdoor space to create an equally welcoming and cohesive setting focused on inspiring design, comfort, and function.

The 909 A St building in Tacoma was transitioned from a single-tenant, 219,000 SF building to multiple tenant spaces. We were excited to work with BCRA on the beautiful lobby space welcoming its new tenants.

For the remodel of their corporate headquarters in Seattle, Brown Bear wanted a look that was modern yet classic to reflect their 63-year history. They also wanted to use their existing footprint more efficiently.

Tableau Kirkland Urban is a three-story project which included collaboration areas, dining, conferencing, and training spaces.

Located in the heart of the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle long before co-working became a known entity, McKinstry worked with NBBJ to create a state of the art Innovation Center.

Inpatient Oncology Center. This was a renovation focused on the goal of updating their space to meet the changing healthcare needs of their patients.

VMware is on the up and up, having recently leased more than 18,000 square feet in the beautiful, Bellevue City Center Building. Their new office is complete with over eleven different varieties of spaces to support the many needs of the company’s employees, all of which were designed with the goal of talent attraction and retention as well as a space that would serve the company for years to come.

Outpatient clinic tenant improvements incorporating family health, women’s health, pediatrics and more.

The goal of this $150 million project was to provide tenants with a collaborative environment showcasing high-end business amenities commonly found in multi-building corporate headquarters.

The historic Seattle Federal Office Building (FOB) is an 11-story building that covers an entire city block near Seattle’s Pioneer Square area. Our scope was to upgrade the office furnishings and environment.

Bloodworks, formerly known as Puget Sound Blood Center has been a customer of ours for over 10 years. We've done many projects for them, most notably their Central Clinic Headquarters refresh and completely new construction of their Bellevue Donor Center.

This renovation project at the University of Washington's Institute for Learning & Brain Sciences (I-Labs) was focused on designing a space that reflected the advance research and work they do. The UW wanted a one-of-a-kind environment to showcase the Institute's innovative and world-leading research while supporting their students in the process of collaboration, research, and discovery.

The EPA Region 10 $4 million tenant improvement furniture project goals were to create a visually pleasing space with environmentally preferred products. The client wanted to design for future changes and to reduce deconstruction/ environmental impacts while meeting LEED Gold standards.

This project was a new 300,000 square foot Regional Headquarters developed by Panattoni Development in partnership with GSA Region10 & Abbott Construction. This new campus construction was built to bring all 1,600+ Federal Aviation Association (FAA) employees into one location and support FAA's mission "to provide the safest, most efficient aerospace system in the world".

The goal of this Sedro-Woolley School District project was to modernize the current campus and introduce over 77,000 square feet of updated amenities and classrooms. The project scope covered over 173,000 square feet and was designed with safety and sustainability at the forefront. Awarded "Sustainable Project of the Year (2014) and "Pervious Concrete Construction Design Award", this project set the stage for educational institutions across the country.

This project was 110,000 square feet of newly constructed office space. This five-story headquarters wanted a space designed to make guests and employees feel welcome while inspiring employee collaboration and connection. Complete with 70+ conference rooms, four kitchens, and much more, this project focused on creating an environment that promoted more face-to-face interactions with customers, space for product training, community events, and multiple types of spaces for people to work.

This newly constructed Campus was a hugely important step for Bellarmine Prep, that helped them to project their school as a leader in 21st-century education. This groundbreaking 19,470 square foot central gathering space was designed to promote collaboration, community, security, and engagement for the students and community at large. This building was created and designed in alignment with the school's mission to educate the young leaders of our future.
