In a joint venture, Schnitzer West, LLC, a leading real estate developer and manager, and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, one of the largest global real estate investment managers, were tasked to develop a Class A office tower in Seattle Washington’s Central Business District. The goal of this $150 million project was to provide tenants with a collaborative environment showcasing high-end business amenities commonly found in multi-building corporate headquarters. Madison Centre needed furniture that would "enhance productivity and redefine tenant and employee expectations in the Seattle Central Business District (CBD)," said Pam Hirsch, Managing Partner for Investment and Development, Schnitzer West in an interview with Market Watch.
