Arm's new Seattle office needed to support a growing engineering team and help attract top talent to the market, and Catalyst delivered a full-service furniture solution to bring that vision to life.
Catalyst provided end-to-end furniture services across the 26,000-square-foot space, from procurement through moving, curation, and early design guidance, with a full accessories package rounding out the space with finishing touches that support the overall design intent.
Working alongside JLL, Westlake Consulting Group, and Interior Architects, Catalyst created a workspace that fosters collaboration, innovation, and productivity. The result balances focused individual work with a wide range of collaboration settings suited to a fast-moving engineering organization.
Early dealer engagement was critical to meeting Arm's project timeline, and Catalyst worked in close partnership with its project partners from the outset to align on phasing and keep the project on schedule. That collaborative approach carried through to move-in, delivering a space built to bring Arm's Seattle team together under one roof.
