T-Mobile - Cyber Security Operations Center
Catalyst partnered with T-Mobile and JPC Architects to deliver furniture and prefabricated interior construction for a mission-critical Cyber Defense Center designed to support real-time threat detection, rapid response, and continuous operations.
The Cyber Defense Center was envisioned as the operational core of T-Mobile’s cybersecurity strategy, an environment where teams monitor global threats, analyze emerging risks, and respond in real time. Catalyst’s work supports this always-on mission through highly adaptable, performance-driven interiors that balance collaboration, focus, and speed with comfort and durability for 24/7 use.
Prefabricated interior construction from Falkbuilt, including switch glass technology, was integrated to provide instant control over privacy and transparency. This flexibility allows spaces to shift seamlessly between open visibility and secure, confidential settings, supporting sensitive conversations and rapid incident response without compromising daylight or connectivity.
In addition to supporting complex technical work, the project emphasizes employee experience through a variety of focused, collaborative, and amenity-rich environments designed to sustain energy, reduce fatigue, and foster team culture. The completed space reflects T-Mobile’s investment in innovation, resilience, and the people working behind the scenes to protect its network and customers.
