Description

At this event, we will explore the relationship between the physical design of a workspace and workplace culture. Will a newly designed beautiful space create the culture you seek? Can a new chair improve productivity? Will offering more flexible seating increase employee engagement? The simple answer is that both space and culture need to be functional. “There is no one-size-fits-all, off-the-shelf solution for an optimal workplace. The solution for each organization will be different based on the aspirations and needs of the organization and the organization’s workers” – Herman Miller. During this luncheon, we will explore the degree to which physical design interacts with the culture of a business. The featured speakers for this event are Richard Beaton, Ph.D. (Director of Work Sociology) and Linda Wagener, Ph.D. (Director of Work Psychology) from Marigold Associates.

This event is 90-minutes in length and includes a meal, presentation, and a panel discussion. Please RSVP below, event is limited to 20 attendees. We look forward to seeing you.
