As the Pacific Northwest workforce continues to evolve into an international melting pot, organizations are discovering both the challenges and the benefits of an ever-changing diverse workforce. When managed well, the diverse points of view contribute to greater innovation and creativity within the product/service offerings. At this event, we discuss ways to harness the power of a diverse workforce and build a thriving multi-national work culture. The featured speakers for this event are Richard Beaton, Ph.D. (Director of Work Sociology), Linda Wagener, Ph.D. (Director of Work Psychology) from Marigold Associates.
