At this event, attendees will learn how Karen Clark Cole, CEO and Co-Founder of Blink UX, has been able to engage her workforce and cultivate a thriving work culture using technology. Blink is a values-based organization that nurtures a culture of passionate people. Headquartered in Seattle, founded in 2000, Blink UX was recognized by Forbes in 2016 as one of the Best Small Companies in the US. Blink is a User Experience research & design firm specializing in digital products.

Karen is also the founder of Girls Can Do, a non-profit event series for girls with the mission to inspire a generation of Possibility Thinkers. To encourage young women to have big dreams and pursue them.
