Catalyst Appoints Ralph Willis as President
After 36 years at Catalyst and as former Executive Vice President of Operations, we are delighted to announce our very own Ralph Willis will be leading Catalyst Workplace Activation as President.
Ralph has always led with his integrity, learned almost every aspect of our business, and made Catalyst better through his leadership qualities and immensely talented coaching and mentoring skills.

His early days were rooted in furniture installation, leading teams to be their best in our last mile work in front of customers. Ralph then expanded his influence into optimizing our warehousing and inventory businesses. In true leadership fashion, Ralph moved himself and his family to Anchorage to run our Alaska company, BiNW Alaska, for two years.

Ralph Willis
Ralph began his career 36+ years ago as an Installation Lead and has worked his way up through both Operation and Implementation roles. As former Executive Vice President of Operations, Ralph balanced his role among operations, logistics, internal and external customer service. Ralph leads and mentors behind every decision, providing exceptional wisdom and credibility to our company and customers. Ralph also cares deeply for his family. He’s been married for 30 years and has five children and four grandchildren. In his spare time, he loves sports, history, and working in his woodshop.
