2025 Catalyst Project Recap
This year was full of projects that spanned a wide range of industries, each with its own goals, challenges, and opportunities to create impactful workplace design.
Satterberg Foundation
Satterberg Foundation transformed the historic Metropole building into a LEED Platinum-certified hub for nonprofits uplifting communities of color. We partnered with them to furnish and style the space, from workstations to conference rooms. Using our Cura+e service we created a functional, inviting environment for impactful work.
UW Medicine Sleep Center
A specialized space created to support patient comfort, staff efficiency, and clinical excellence.
Tacoma Community College
Flexible, student-centered environments designed to enhance learning, connection, and campus experience.
Everett Municipal Building
A modernized civic workspace supporting public service, employee wellbeing, and operational efficiency.
Summit Pacific Medical Center
Healing-focused environments tailored to both patient care and staff workflow.
T-Mobile Bellingham CEC
An engaging, tech-forward workplace built to support collaboration, training, and customer experience initiatives.
T-Mobile EBC (Executive Briefing Center)
A dynamic, experience-driven environment showcasing innovation, connection, and brand storytelling.
Rainier Beach High School
Inspiring academic and community spaces designed to support student success and future-ready learning.
Catalyst For Good
Throughout 2025 our team had the privilege of supporting several community organizations through volunteer work and philanthropic events. Each opportunity allowed us to learn, connect, and contribute alongside partners doing meaningful work every day. We’re grateful for the chance to be part of these efforts and to highlight the impact they make in the Seattle area.
Diversity in Design | Boys and Girls Club
We had a blast hosting Boys & Girls Club teens for the fourth year in a row for the Diversity in Design Summer Program, where they learned about commercial furniture and designed their own functional office floorplans.
MillerKnoll + Catalyst Pride
MillerKnoll's Pride with Purpose brought us together with Shaw Contract, and HB Workplaces for an inspiring panel discussion that had the room fully engaged. We’re proud to have raised more than $5,000 for GenPride.
Wellspring
Our Catalyst team partnered with MillerKnoll and HB to volunteer at Wellspring Family Services, helping sort donated essentials for families experiencing homelessness. With support from MillerKnoll’s $1,000 Community Impact Grant, our efforts contributed to Wellspring’s mission, which has supported more than 2,600 children and 1,300 households this year.
We Care | Boys and Girls Club
We once again joined MillerKnoll and the Boys & Girls Club of King County for this year’s We Care event. As part of a global tradition that brings together design firms and volunteers to support kids during the holidays, the day was filled with creativity, fun, and giving back.
