Catalyst furnished the building’s shared environments to support a wide range of workstyles, from focused individual tasks to informal collaboration and hosted gatherings. The Exchange serves as a central indoor/outdoor lounge with varied seating options that encourage both productivity and interaction, while the lobby and great room provide a welcoming sense of arrival. Quiet rooms, meeting spaces, and wellness amenities are designed to bring balance and ease into the workday, using warm materials, layered lighting, and access to daylight to create a calm, inviting atmosphere. The amenity experience is further enhanced by The Vue, a rooftop conference and hospitality center with both indoor and outdoor spaces, an innovative feature that was the first of its kind in Bellevue’s CBD at the time of opening, offering tenants a unique setting for meetings, events, and connection.
